Cultilene has many years of experience developing rockwool products in the Netherlands and is preferred by some of the largest industrial propagators in the world. The quality of their newest rockwool cubes is by far the best on the market. Our rockwool cubes feature Cultilene’s unique PlantCOMFORT fibre structure with the following characteristics: - Superb air to water ratio
- A fibre structure that holds water longer
- Less resistance for the roots to grow in, resulting in stronger roots
- Encourages faster initial rooting
- Guaranteed firmness Each shrinkwrapped sheet contains 98 cubes which measure 1.5" x 1.5" x 1.5". 1 case = 14 sheets. All prices are per case.

Shipping & Handling Discrete Packing: All packages are discretely packed, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package.
Our Shipping Pledge:

All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 2 days of receiving. In most cases, orders are shipped out same day or within one day of receiving payment.

Free Shipping Terms:

Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the contiguous US only. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico require an additional shipping charge Please contact us for shipping costs to these locations.

Service and Transit Time:

Items are shipped via FedEx Ground service. Transit time is approximately 3-7 business days.

Additional Shipping Information: FedEx requires delivery to physical addresses only and will not ship to PO Box locations. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment.
Payment Terms Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept online payments through paypal. You may pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal through the safe and secure online checkout system via Paypal.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged for orders within California only. Additional Payment Information: We reserve the right to file Non-Paying buyer claim with if payment is not received within 10 days of sale ending.

Terms & Conditions Return Policy:

Grow Ace products carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 6 months. In many cases, manufacturer warranties exceed that.Although unlikely, if your product is defective, pleasecontact us or via phone at 1.888.621.0062. In most cases, if there is a problem with a part on the merchandise, the part can be sent to you free of charge. Photos of the damaged goods must be provided prior to replacement parts being sent to you. In some cases, the customer is required to return the defective part to us for an exchange.

The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our RMA department directly throughcontact us. Please provide us with your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in new, resellable conditions. All shipping costs are non-refundable, including costs incurred to ship the product to you. Customer is responsible for return shipping back to us.
