This doll is a girl anatomically correct doll that measures 18 in and has a hard vinyl head feet and hands and a cloth body. Body is in very good condition.She is just about the size of my daughter was born 26 years ago and I dressed her in one of her dresses with bunny buttons and pleats an outfit that she wore once for a picture. It\'s been in a cedar chest all these years and I thought I would dress this doll in it. She is wearing a white bonnet with yellow ribbons . I painted her vinyl shoes yellow just to go with her outfit and she comes with the little bear she is holding.
