1800’s Masonic Royal Arch Apron -Polychrome Printed: $60.99
This is an antique Polychrome printed Masonic Royal Arch Apron. I did quite a bit of research on this piece and still can’t quite figure out exactly what period in the 1800’s this was made but my best guess is around 1850. This is a wonderful old piece. It has been written on in black ink? on the ladder with initials not sure if it’s someone’s initials of their name or initials of an organization. Also, there’s a shackle or slave collar someone put onto the left column. The fringes are coming apart along the sides and understandably because of how old this is. Also, separated along the sides here and there. There’s a little separation at the fold in the center too. I believe the front material is made of satin and the back is I’m guessing linen. The wrinkles need ironed or steamed but I won’t do it thinking it needs to be done by a professional. This is a wonderful old piece of historical memorabilia and I have read about how museums are looking for more old pieces like this to add to their collection. This will be shipped out fully insured at no extra cost to the winning buyer. If you have any questions or need an additional picture please ask.
