This lovely lady has been with me many years!
She has a more common but sweet face! Attributed to Kister, 1850’s! She bears traits of the Kister quality with her strong face paint and double painted eyebrows! She is free from chips, breaks or repairs!
She has a sawdust body and iridescent flat blue shoes. She has nice parian hands! Both sets of limbs appear to be antique.
Her dress…………………and pinafore………….where to begin!!???
Her dress is a wonderful brown polkadot early textile with incredibly strong color! I never displayed her and it looks as if this dress has never been displayed at all!
It has wonderful handsewn trip of flowers, a multi colored chain shape trimmed in black!
Her pinafore has individually sewn daises!!!! I couldn’t speculate as to how many but they are AMAZING! She even has a pocket handkerchief sewn lovingly in and trimmed under with more daisies!!!! The textile is an antique work of unpresented skill and art!
She has spent too long dressed up with no place to go! She belongs somewhere she can be seen and enjoyed!

I offer free shipping on purchases of 1000.00 or more, always well packed as these are pieces of history. I do require signature on my dolls. This fine lady will go USPS Express shipping! The fixed shipping price of any item under 1000.00 is 40.00.
ALL my dolls go USPS Express (1-2 day delivery). With that, each time a doll leaves me, shipping with insurance which IS REQUIRED costs 85-105 dollars. I am splitting that cost with the buyer on dolls that sell for less than 1000.
We all understand it’s a very good time to buy dolls. Many of my dolls are going for less than half of their value. Hence a fair exchange for the lesser part of flat shipping cost at 40.00. If the sale meets the 1000.00 I will refund the automatic 40.00 that adds when you pay! :o)
