Here is a very nice old merchant token made of brass, in quite pleasing condition overall, measuring app. 15/16\" across, with a plain edge. This early\"Windy City\" piece shows just mild wear, with some tiny imperfections nothing overly distracting, and I have not cleaned it in any manner, with two of the photos having been \"enhanced\" for clarity. My research indicates George Kuehl was in business from 1886 until at least 1899, after sharing the company with his brother in the earlier 1880\'s, and I have seen similar pieces, but with differing reverse merchant names.

The center of the obverse reads \"Check\", with small decorations around, in a beaded circle, and this is surrounded by \"Geo. Kuehl Billiard Supplies - Chicago\". The center of the heavily rotated reverse has \"Wm. Bustar\" in an oblong frame, with \"Good For 5c (cents) In Trade\" around. Excellent! $1.99
