All original paint and finish; she has had no repairs and has been kept in a glass case since 1992.Her perfect bisque face features a closed mouth, bright blue paper weight glass eyes, lush dark eyelashes, rosy cheeks and arched eyebrows. The doll\'s 100% mohair wig is pale blond with bangs and curly, long locks. The doll\'s outfit is original and complete from her sailor hat, overcoat and black lace shoes to her lace underwear.The mark on the back of the doll\'s neck reads \'DEPOSE TETE JUMEAU 8\' The mark in the middle of her back reads \'1869\' and what appears to be the dollmaker\'s initials. The mark on the small of the doll\'s back reads \'BEBE JUMEAU.\'I am not a doll expert, however the seller of this doll is.
