Hi, you are offerding on a very unique Karpen Brothers chair. This chair is in very good condition with only a small tear at the corner of seat cushion and a few wear spots on the wood. The chair is very comfortable and measures 38 inches tall, 32 wide, 24 inches deep, and the seat is 16 inches from the floor. Please see photos for details and condition.
