1925 Vintage Emmy 5\" Compote Dish, Cobalt, Orange & Yellow, Gouda - Holland
Stands about 5 1/4\" tall with a 3 1/2\" base diameter and 6\" at widest spot.
On bottom: Written in Dark Blue: Y54 Emmy. x. (for 1925), Gouda House Symbol, & \"MR\" for artist\'s initial Gouda Z., Holland. \"E\" is written in brown. Also, \"754/4\" is etched in the bottom. Appears never to have been used.
Cobalt Blue, Orange, and Gold Base. Column is black with cobalt in the middle and gold lining. Bowl of piece is in the Emmy design with colors that include cobalt, orange, yellow, black, and gold lining.
Very good condition - no chips, cracks or repairs.
