You are offerding on a pair of1940 Yellow California license plates.

These plates arein good condition. Thereis some fading and minor rust around the plates plus a small 1\" tear above bottom hole (pic. 2). Please look at all pictures.

This is a great pair of plates to add to the collection or to restore.

As per \'s licence plate policy, I am stating that these plates are at least 3 years old. These plates are CLEAR as of 10/20/14.
