1949 Delco TV-102 10” table top TV made by Hallicrafters for Delco. This very attractive all-original, unrestored, unmolested set displays nicely with its mid-century styling.
It is one of very few sets that has an electronic “Select-View” close-up, zoom-in feature controlled by the flip of a switch on the front. It enlarges the center of the picture and fills the whole screen.
Cosmetics of the cabinet are just very good overall because the original clear lacquer finish has dried out and is lifting and flaking off. The veneer itself looks good, cabinet need to be refinished. The back of the cabinet and AC cord are missing.
The nicely preserved, all/mostly-all original chassis appears to be complete with the exception of the high voltage cage cover and AC cord. I did not test the electronics including all tubes and the 10BP4 picture tube. I am selling it as pictured, as-is, not working. The important thing is the chassis is all there with no known missing electronic parts so it is valuable as a true antique or restored if desired.
The vacuum intact picture tube may work perfectly or not at all. If you don’t want to take a chance on it, that is fine with me. I will subtract $50 from the final sale price and adjust the shipping costs for less weight.
TV measures 18” tall, 15” wide, 20” deep and weighs 70 lbs. It was designed to be shipped complete and that is the way I will be shipping it.

Good, strong packing supplies/boxes including 2” thick hard Styrofoam to line the boxes will cost approximately $30 and FedEx Ground shipping (cheapest/ best handling ground service) will cost approximately $125.00 depending on where you live. This is only an estimate, the buyer is to pay all shipping costs even if it goes past this estimate. I will refund any extra money if it ships for less. I do everything I can to keep cost down but some areas of the U.S. are higher than others. There is no charge for my packing labor.
