Phenomenal tractor. I searched for years to find a late model cast iron oil pan version. I found this in the Sun Valley Idaho area. I am the 3rd owner. The second owner knew the original owner. He told me that this was one of three Funk Conversions offered at the local Ford dealer. The mechanical restoration was completed by an old school Ford specialist who I’ve known for years. The body work was done by another Ford tractor specialist. It runs great and is fun to drive, especially with the Sherman transmission.

Funk Aircraft provided 6 or 8 cylinder conversion kits to Ford dealers in the 40’s and early 50’s. Of the approximate 5000 kits sold, only a few hundred came with cast iron oil pans (this being one of them). The kit included radiator, fuel tank, adapters for engine/transmission, oil pan, belts, hoses, and all items necessary to stretch the chassis and hood to allow for the larger engine.

The tractor is stored in a climate-controlled environment and will remain there until pick up. I can store it for up to 6 months. Shipping is responsibility of buyer.
