Up for sale is this 1952 Ford Flat Head Engine and Test Stand. This engine has been dismantled, cleaned and checked for cracks with die penetrant and developer.Resembled with a new old stockHolleycarburetor, new wires, new plugs, new points, newdistributor cap and rotor button and 5 quarts of oil. It should be overhauled before use. It starts and runs and sounds good. The radiator started leaking after it run for a wile. I am trying to get that patched up. As you can see from the pictures there are no cracks between the valves. There are 4 usual cracks where they always are between the water port and center bolts that doesn\'t hurt any thing. The transmission is a 3 speed with overdrive. I have saved this engine for a long time in hopes of using it some day but it don\'t look like ill be able to so I hope some one else can make it in to something special. Therearen\'tmeany left but there are a lot of aftermarket parts to make a nice rebuild job. Any questions are welcome. Thanks for looking.
