1954 Minneapolis-Moline UB Tractor. Needs Engine repair; Older Restoration; factory wide front. Hydraulic lift cylinder, pto and belt pulley.
The Bad: HAS BAD HEAD(S), There is water in the oil and bubbles in the radiator. Heads will have to be pressure checked and fixed or replaced.
The Good: Despite the bad head(s), everything else on the tractor works as it should, the engine starts instantly, seems to have plenty of power, runs smooth and does not smoke or burn oil . The transmission is sound, it goes in all gears and stays in gear; tires are in nice shape yet. Last year a professionally rebuilt carburetor including float was installed, many new gaskets and seals, a tune-up kit, new seal in the water pump.
The Ugly: Its an older restoration and the paint has started to flake a bit on the engine here and there but still retains an overall good, show worthy appearance. Sheet metal is nice and straight and there\'s no rot or rust through.
