One of the early Directors with the diagonal tuning slide brace. Horn is in great original shape minus a few dings in the rim of the bell (pictured) and the lacquer is starting to turn that olive color and wear off in the usual places (3rd slide casing, valve block, bell where the thumb would rub). The case is also in really great shape besides a portion of the skin that has come unglued (picture), but would not be hard to fix. It plays very well and functions mechanically just as well. I have owned and loved this trumpet about a year now but I rotate between this and several others to teach on so I\'m ready to pass it on to someone who will play it more regularly.
