For its age, handling and storage these many years, the album is in generally okay condition with a bit of corner-and-edge wear on its covers as well as a bit of wear on its binding edge; on the top edge, there is a small tear on the front cover. The cards also look okay with some age discoloration, brownish spots or glue residue around the white edges on them; colors on the pages themselves may not be as-bright as-new and there is handling on them; and of course, some are not always centered perfectly. A GREAT! addition to your collection BUT please remember some handling-usage is noticeable on its covers, pages and pictures when received. I welcome questions if more info is needed.
