1968 Sears Screamer Muscle Bike w/ Freshly restored Candy Magenta Paint:
$1200.00

Description: I\'ll let the pictures tell you all the best stuff and will explain all the worst below.1968 Sears Screamer Muscle Bike w/ Freshly restored Candy Magenta Paint. Way more rare bike than the 5 speed models. Paint was all stripped to bare metal. New automotive primers and paints were used along with Dupont clear coat. new NOS handlebar wrap/tape was added to the Sears Screamer butterfly handle bars. Front tire is original and has some cracking but holds air, The rear is a 1960\'s NOS Paragon slick. The slick is nice but had a small warp from sitting. Has a cool mag rear wheel and \"JAXON\" Kustom Drag Mag inserts. Awesome drag brake console! Should come out now that it is aired up for a while. The bike has all the original chrome and looks decent. Chrome could use a little more polishing up but not banged up or anything. It is a nice bike but I like to try to point out what I see. Look it over and use the zoom feature to get closer. Not a good idea to buy a used bike using your phone. Pix are too small that way. Make offers \"through \" I have my lowest price set.If you want the Sears spoked rear wheel instead of the mag I can swap that out, just let me know when you win. My Classic Bicycles: The 1960\'s & 1970\'s Banana Seat bicycle always meant a lot for me. Most of my bikes as a kid were hand-me-down bikes from that era. We used to jump them all day until we were too tired to move. Building ramps from an old piece of wood and a couple cinder blocks. Riding wheelies, and jumping rock piles. We felt like we could fly on them. Evel Knievel inspired us to go big or go home. Jumping ramps I soon learned to repair my own bikes. Bent rims were common, and so was flat tires.
Then in the 80\'s I was introduced to BMX bikes. I wanted one so bad but got a Huffy Omega 10 ten speed bike. Soon I hussled up enough parts from freinds to build a BMX bike from junker parts. We jumped dirt piles and off of loading docks. We had many great times on our bikes back then. Those were the days of stress free adventures. No worries or cares.
