The Panasonic model TR-001television was introduced in 1970 and was the first truly micro-sized televisionsold to the public. The picture is about 1 1/2 inches, measured diagonally,though a removable magnifier is provided. The magnifier uses a plastic Fresnellens which serves its purpose, and helps to shield the screen from ambientlight.

A tiny speaker below the screen providesthe sound.

The unit for sale is in working orderand in very good shape for the age.

The picture is quite good, with excellentbrightness and contrast.

The rod antenna extend fully.

The battery pack is original and it works very well with four AA size cells.
