1970s Yamaha GC-3D Handmade Concert Classical Guitar Xlnt Condition w/ Hard Case:
$950.00

Upfor sale is a beautiful sounding and looking Yamaha GC-3Dclassical concert guitar with everything original. The 1970s Yamaha GC concert series feature two highly respected models 3D and 6D with all solid construction. Those guitars as far as I know are most sought after nowadays because they are 100% handmade, with the best selection of the tone wood and mostly likely made by the two well known YMH technicians Ezaki and Sato. Due to that \"name\" reason, I saw a GC-3D signed by Ezaki was sold for $1300 years ago at . This one doesn\'t have a technician signature. But I compared it to a GC-3D signed by Sato, there is no difference in sound and look.

Sound wise, this guitar has a very clear treble and fast response. The volume and tone are very even thru all the registries. The base has a good sustain and the overall volume ishuge but not boomingwith a good projection. It is a decent professional grade instrument. There are some slight marks and scuffs at the binding and mostly on the sides and back. It seems to be a capo scratch at the back of the neck but it is very shallow doesn\'t affect anything. It comes with a used hard case (not pictured). The detail of the hard case will be given to the buyer after sold and it could be a smaller and thinner to fit into the freight requirement for shipping destination.
The current action height is about medium-low, very suitable for beginners. The following is the info from Yamaha archives about GC-3D and GD-6D.
