Good used condition, very clean and nice. Overall condition of box is very good/excellent. Original plastic and packing material isn\'t included, but a manual is. Furniture and accessories as well as one doll as shown. The house is in overall I would say very good shape, nothing broken. No discoloration on the actual house, though the chair does have some discoloration of the fabric. I\'m trying to sell a bunch of stuff to help pay vet bills, please check out my other sales as well! I\'ll combine shipping & am considering all reasonable offers.
