This is a 1990 cup or tall mug from the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. It is marked 1990 and lighting made it difficult to get the whole bottom of the mug in one picture. The mug is in great condition and measures close to 5 1/8\" tall. there is a place where some tape left a sticky place - I did not try to clean it.
