For Sale is a 1997 650G LGP that is as nice a dozer as you will find that is 15 years old.  This is a one owner dozer.  It was bought new by the owner and the hours are the correct hours on the machine

The dozer is very tight, with power shift transmission.  Both brakes work extremely well with no slack in them.

This dozer has only been used in dirt.  Has original pads on it, and they look to be probably about 75%.

UPDATE ON THIS DOZER

I'm currently installing a new U/C on a JD 700H and the parts were delivered today 12/30/14.

While at my office had them look at U/C on this 650G.  They said U/C is about 40%.  Chain is worn and top rollers need to be replaced.  Sprockets, bottom rollers, and pads are good, but if you put a new chain on it, you also need to replace the sprockets.

They said dozer as it sits is worth around $21,000.  

I'll take $20,000 for the dozer just like it sits, or I'll take $27,500 with new U/C!! Everything will be replaced on new U/C except the front idlers.  They are still in very good shape.
