1998 Case 580 Super L Series 2

For your consideration, is a Case 580 Super L Series 2 loader backhoe. We bought this machine from our case dealer in 2001 with roughly 1,800 hours on it. It was in there rental fleet, but in 1998 we had the machine on snow lease when it was brand new, and then also had it rented most of the time until we purchased it. It only has 3,723 hours on it now, which isreally good for this age.It is a very well functioning machine and everything works as it should. Its equipped with a power shift trans, so no more shifting gears with a lever. This is a very nice and expensive option. Also it has the extenda-hoe option, which comes in handy so you don\'t have to always move. Also ride control that does work. There is a radio for dull moments.The tires are in very good shape as you can see in the picture. They have less than 300 hours on them since they were put on. We put new batteries in December 2013. It has been fleet maintained its whole life, & has beenvery well taken care of and has gotten anything it has needed. There are no leaks on this machine.It is a 4x4 model, & the cutting edge has very little wear and still has a brand new side.We are upgrading to a 590 and no longer need this machine. It has provided years of great service for us, and it well provide many more for you. Come try it out. Lettering will be removed for new owner.

2. Remainder of payment is due at time of pick up, or10 days. Which ever comes first.

Known Problems

The neutral button on the shift lever needs to be replaced.
