• Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.). Tracking number (Canada Address excluded) will be tracked once your ordered item is shipped out.
• We usually ship to shipping address that you registered on or PayPal, if you want to change your shipping address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please check that the address you have provided is correct and current. Do not use non-standard abbreviations. UPS charges $11 to re-direct a package for any reason, and you are responsible for this re-direction fee and other charges that might incurred.
• We DO NOT ship to Guam and VI.

Return & Warranty Policy

• Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
• A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, please email us to obtain the RMA No.. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
• If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 9 months, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.
• For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.
• For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
• Returns due to customer\'s error
  1. 1) If products are returned to us within thirty (15) days from the purchase day, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and the re-sending charges. If refund, we will charge $10.00 or more (depends on the weight & the quantity of the item) as restoring & handling fee. (Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges).
  2. 2) After thirty (15) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones). If refund, we reserve the right to charge a ten percent to twenty-five percent (10%~25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
• Returns due to our error
  1. 1) If products are returned to us within thirty (30) days from the purchase day, we are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and bear the re-sending charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.

• In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.
