I spent extra to have a 14,000 btu heat exchanger installed on the extractor to heat the water for a deeper clean. This portable extractor has the power of a truck mount. All the equipment, with the exception of the upholstry wand, the handheld s-bend wand, and the pretreater, are new, never used. On account of the size and weight,all the equipment will have to be placed on a pallet and shipped.
