This Collings mandolin is unique in that it has a fully gloss finish and also has tortoise binding on the top and back rims. It is in excellent condition and looks, sounds and plays great. It has a blemish on the lower side of the neck at the nut. The previous owner had used a strap around the neck, which caused wear to the finish. The spot was over-sprayed and a little finish has worn off where the left hand cradles the neck.
