· Your winning offer is for the amount that is required as the initial down payment towards the full cost of only $350.00. This will allow you full ranch property access and trespass fee for 1 (one) full week of your choice (listed below) during 2018 Colorado Spring Turkey hunting season which is April 14 through May 27. You will need to purchase a turkey hunting license prior to hunting, these are available over the counter at some convenience stores, sporting goods stores, Walmart stores and CPW offices.
· Your winning offer will allow you to bring up to 2 (two) guests that will be allowed to hunt with you for the same price of $350.00 each, and they too can obtain a license and harvest a turkey.
· Your winning offer will allow you and your guest(s) total privacy during your specific season with no one else allowed on the property but you, and your party behind a locked access gate!
· Your winning offer will allow you experience the area which is world famous for the 400 class Bull Elk and possibly book an Elk hunt for the upcoming Elk seasons either this year or future years.
· The 2018 Colorado Turkey Hunting proclamation for hunting can be accessed at the following website: cpw.state.co.us
· Your winning offer will require you to sign an agreement prior to hunting.
· Your winning offer will require you to pay the balance of the $350.00 access/trespass fee within 10 days of winning the offer. ($350.00 minus your winning offer amount).
There are plenty of accommodations available (not included) in the local area from lodges to cabins to camp sites, also guides are available at an additional fee as well. Please email us for a list, we will be happy to help with the arrangements.
