The final offer price is firm to the penny! We bought this lawn tractor brand new a few years ago. We purchased it at the end of the season from Sears to get an \"end of season\"deal. Little did we know that this would be a big mistake because the warrantee on the motor is from the time of purchase. We got 2 seasons of mowing out of this machine. At the end of the second season of use in September the motor made a loud pop with some smoke coming out and the tractor would not restart. I thought it was a backfire or sparkplug issue. And since it was the end of the season I decided to push the mower into the shed and leave it until next spring to deal with because I was done mowing for the season anyway. What I hadn\'t realized until next spring was that the piston had cracked through the aluminum engine block. And even though we only used the tractor for 2 seasons, the months that were wasted buying it at the end of the season + parking it after the engine broke, those extra months added up and Briggs & Stratton would not cover the engine. The motor coverage was a 2 year warrantee. Instead of fixing it we just decided it was easier to pay someone to cut our lawn for us with their equipment. They gave us such a cheep price we are having them do it again this year. The Tractor has been stored in our shed since we discovered the crack last spring 2015. The motor is a 21HP Briggs & Stratton GOLD+ MR8. Model 310000 Extended Life Series, Professional Series. Variation Speed, 46\" Deck, Model No. 247.288851. I have been told by lawn repair shops that many other Briggs & Stratton types of motors could be dropped into this tractor. Since the tractor only had 2 seasons of use, it is in very nice condition. If you have access to a spare or an older motor to put in this one you would have a great machine. Please see pics for condition and you won\'t be disappointed. The original battery only lasted 1 year, so we replaced the battery the spring before it broke down. We haven\'t charged it up while in storage, but hopefully it is still good. We also had a tune up done and replaced the blades at that time as well. This will simply be an engine replacement and you are good to go. I am also including the 2 bin bagging system. These things are priced ridiculously. I paid over $400.00 for it. The bagging shoot does need a little TLC but does work fine. I had the 2 piece shoot duct taped because the design wasn\'t that good on the bagger; it was falling off too much. Also, the end of the shoot got chewed up a bit by the blade a few times (see the last pic) but that doesn\'t affect the use of it. This \"as-is\" item is for parts or Repair.
