25 small signal Schottky (hot carrier) diodes used for VHF and UHF applications, as small signal switch or rectifier/detector. Rated 70 volts, 15 ma. The full spec sheet is easily available on the Internet. The leads are more than two inches (55 mm) long. Large quantities available; please inquire. The network analyzer photo shows one of these diodes used in a simple RF detector, from 10 to 2000 MHz.
