Unfortunately, due to the USPS\'s 1-27-13 dramatic rate increase on international postage, I have decided to no longer ship internationally. About 30-40% of my orders have shipped internationally since I began selling on in 1998. Prior to the postal rate increase, my cost on a small parcel was $3.00 in postage alone. With the new rate increase, the same parcel now costs me almost $7.00, so needless to say, I do not feel comfortable charging $7.50 to $8.00 on a low value parcel and much, much more on combined shipments. I do want to say thank you to my many, many loyal international customers who have purchased from me through the years.
