What is a store shelf pull?
Store shelf pull products areingood selling condition & perfect working condition
They may have some or all of the following characteristics
• Items may have price/retail tags or discount stickers on them.
• May show signs of handling with dents /torn/scuffs (damage to packaging).
• May be defaced/de-labeled to prevent return to the store.
• May be unsealed or in an open box.
• May have expired dates or short-dates (goods expiring soon).
A store shelf pull is exactly what it sounds like…A product may havebeen removed from a store shelf for one of many different reasons.
Here are a few examples...
1.The packaging was damaged from shipping/handing or my have been opened by a customer.
*Have you seen a lady open a nail polish & paint one of her nails or paint a line on the display?
* Have you seen a person open a bottle of shampoo/lotion/laundry detergent & smell it?
2. The store had low stock of the product or the product was discontinued.
3.The product was in perfect condition and pulled due to the launch of a New product line or packaging design.
4.Store just decides not to sell the product anymore

Why is this our RETURN POLICY?
If we were Zappos with sophisticated return software we would love to accept ALL returns but unfortunately we are a small
business and returns can be VERY time consuming & COSTLY! Here is a not so fun list of tasks that goes into just one returned item….extra emails, waiting for returned product, inspecting return, re-lisitng if found to be unused, loss of product if found to be used, adjusting product quantities, calculating refund (amount paid minus our initial shipping cost), issuing a refund, requesting our seller fees from …I could go on and on… All of this time spent processing returns would cause us to raise our prices and then we would be just like every other store & you wouldn’t get a great deal :(
We hope this explains our reasons for a strike return policy and have a better understanding that the policy is for the best interest of our greatly appreciated customers! Great Deals for Great Customers!!!!
