We are dedicated to upholding the ethics and traditions of our founder, beloved Mother and Grandmother, Helen without whom we would not exist today. She will forever be dearly loved and sadly missed, but will continue to live on not only in our hearts, but throughout our gardens and yours.

REFUND POLICY
Please understand that shipping any live plant, (not dormant) can be difficult to guarantee due to the number of conditions that are beyond our control the moment the plant leaves our possession.
It is for that reason we have implemented the following return policy:
We will accept returns if you notify us and return it within 3 days of receipt. It will be your responsibility to pay the postage to return it to us. It must be returned in its original packaging and box, exactly as it was shipped to you. So please don\'t dispose of the box and the contents too quickly.
Your refund will be given as an exchange for the same item only and if all of these specifications are met, We will then pay for the postage to re-ship your exchange.
