I purchased this tractor brand new, and this tractor has only been used on my 2 acre property. There are only 140 hours, the tractor is in great condition. The Loader Model #ML115SK, the Backhoe PKG Model #3720. Everything was purchased at the dealer. I have all the paperwork and Manuals that came with this Tractor.

I cleared some land on my property to build a basketball court, decks, concrete pads and install some drain tiles. I dug ditches, pulled out several tree stumps and cleared some of my acreage for a lawn. This is a very versatile tool. The bucket has quick releases for ease of switching out attachments, the Backhoe is easy to remove and re-attach, which I have done to used my 12\" Auger(not included). This tractor was \"MADE IN THE USA\", but some if it was manufactured in Japan. As far as shipping is concerned, that responsibility is all on you, the buyer.
