This is one case lot of 20 reels of 3M 966 Mastering reel to reel tape. Each seven inch reel has 1200\' of tape and is in a plastic tape care box. PLEASE NOTE I have tested one reel from this lot and it exhibited signs of sticky shed syndrome. I have baked this reel about 1 year ago which cured the problem. I have just tested this reel again and it still plays fine with no shedding or squealing. Unlike Ampex, 3M tape does have a reputation of lasting for many years after baking. That being said, you are really offerding on the reels and the nice tape care boxes. You could replace with fresh tape, or if you have the equipment, bake the tapes to make them usable. All reels are in a plastic bag inside the box, and have unused labels for the tape care box. Please watch my other sales for other reel to reel items as I think my collection down!
