this is a great grow light it works perfect i grew a rain forest with it it can be wired for 220 or 110 with a flick of a switch i have it wired for standered 110 wall outlet it comes with deflector and free bulb i say free bulb becouse i noticed everyone else says that incase it breaks during shipping it has a hook on the ballest so you can hang it outside your grow room and a 10' cord to the bulb this is everything you need i will also include a timer
