All items are new and boxed unless otherwise stated in the description.

Returns on items that have NOT been opened or used must be returned tobroponics within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging as used to ship it to you. There is a 20% restocking fee based on your purchase price, so make sure you want the item before your purchase due to the time to process returns. Refund process will take 3-5 business days. Shipping is not refundable.

If you are returning a product for warranty repair, you are responsible for all shipping and tracking cost to us. All returned products MUST be authorized by Broponics, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number before you ship the returned item. Once your product reaches us, we will either repair the product or issue you a new item at our technicians recommendations, usual turn around is 10-17 days after we receive the item to get the item back to you.If you have any questions, we'll be glad to help and we'll make it as easy as possible for you.
