This plant is easy to grow and grow well in full sun. They thrive in well drainged, moist rich soils, not soggy. It is considered cold hardy plant. I live in Zone 10 sub tropical so I am not sure howmuch cold this plant can take. I think it only grows in frost free area or greenhouse if you live in cold climates. I have seen a seller grow themindoors in front of sunnywindows, where they can get the most sun.
This plant considers by many others of having medicinal uses. Please do your research before you use them.
Many called them as \"Longevity Spinach\" whichcan be eaten fresh like a salad, stir fried with other vegetables, juiced, and also enjoyed as a cup of tea. It has a very delicious taste.
