Shipping

We ship U.P.S., Parcel Post, Air and OceanFreight. Priority shipments available. All items are F.O.B. our Warehouse orFactory Distributor.

If shipping by truck, and your shipment is damaged or short oneor more packages, you must make a note on the shipping receipt before signing.Please do not accept a short or damaged shipment without proper notification tothe truck driver.

If shipping through mail or UPS, and a shipment is damaged or short one ormore packages, please call us immediately so we can reship the items and placea claim. You must keep the damaged goodsand all shipping materials for inspection.

Shipping isthe responsibility of the buyer, but wegive you a quote if you request the assistance.

Returns

All returned merchandise must be unused andin original condition, and accompanied by return slip or original shipper.Returned merchandised due to customer error must be prepaid and subject torestocking charges.

Special order merchandise, or merchandiseheld by customer for over 30 days, will not be accepted for return. All claimsmust be made within 5 days of receipt. Damages incurred in commercial shipmentsmust be claimed through the common carrier.

Product Testing

We test each machine and machine tool toensure you receive a quality product. If you have an interest in one of ourmachines, stop by our Euclid, Ohio warehouse and you can operate it to ensureit is working properly before you buy.
