This sale is for SIX  SOLO FLEX WEIGHT BANDS- fifty pound each,  6 x 50= 300 lbs total resistance. All bands are in EXCELLENT CONSITION, just dusty from sitting Around and not being used.  What you see pictured is exactly what you will receive. See measurements in pictures.
