Returns on items that have NOT been opened or used must be returned tobroponics within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging as used to ship it to you. There is a 20% restocking fee based on your purchase price, so make sure you want the item before your purchase due to the time to process returns. Refund process will take 3-5 business days. Shipping is not refundable.

If you are returning a product for warranty repair, you are responsible for all shipping and tracking cost to us. All returned products MUST be authorized by Broponics, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number before you ship the returned item.
