We guarantee all of our fish for 24 hours after the time of arrival. If your koi is DOA or does not make it through the first 24 hours, please email us a picture of the deceased koi, and you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the fish. • Yes, we allow and encourage combined shipping! There is no limit to the number of items that can be combined into one shipment.
• Shipping is $20 per shipment to NC and SC
• Shipping is $30 per shipment to GA, KY, MD, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA AND WV
• Shipping is $40 per shipment to all states not listed above (except AK and HI, $55 per shipment).
• We ship via UPS. No other couriers may be used. Next Day Arrival is always guaranteed.
• Your order will be shipped on the next available day after payment is completed.
• We package orders on Monday thru Thursday, and ship them to arrive on your doorstep Tuesday through Friday.
• We never ship to arrive on Monday. If displays an estimated arrival day of Monday, this is incorrect. Your box will never arrive on Monday.
• IF YOU NEED TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT ON A CERTAIN DAY, there are two ways to notify us of the day that you need your box to arrive. 1) Include a “note” when you submit your payment through PayPal, informing us of the necessary arrival date. 2) Contact us through the Contact Member option and specify the necessary arrival date.
• We will always respond to confirm your specified arrival date. If you do not receive a confirmation message in 6 to 8 hours, please resubmit your request.
• Saturday Arrival is available to limited areas of the U.S. Please contact us to check your eligibility for Saturday Arrival. A $15 UPS Saturday Arrival fee will apply.
• A tracking number will be added to your Order Details page on the evening that your shipment is processed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us.
• Upon arrival of your shipment, if you are unhappy with your koi for any reason, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral response. We strive to keep all of our customers happy, and we will work with you to find a solution.
• No local pickup is available, sorry.
• We DO NOT ship outside of the 50 states of the U.S.

• We will hold your items for 10 days so that you may combine shipping. Payment is due 10 days from the date of your first won sale. The 10 day deadline does not extend each time that you win a new sale.
• You may pay for each item individually, or wait and pay for all items at one time after you are done offerding. It’s up to you.
• If you choose to pay for each item individually, please notify us that you want your items combined into one shipment. If we are not notified, we may mistakenly ship your items before you are done offerding.

In order to ensure the optimal health of our Koi and Butterfly Koi stock, we are a closed facility that only brings in stock from two suppliers, Blue Ridge Fish Hatchery and Hazorea Aquatics. No fish from any other source are ever allowed into our facilities. Likewise, Blue Ridge and Hazorea have been operating as closed facilities for more than a decade, with no new broodstock or other outside fish being brought onto their farms during that time. This strict bio-security plan eliminates the possibility of infection or contamination.
