We only Charge Sales Tax within California. The rate will be based on San Mateo County. Any buyer from outside the US should be responsible for customs.
Shipping Terms:
General Warranty:
GYOsupplies warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover bulbs, normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts, and scratches to the finish (considered normal wear). We offer a general warranty of 1 month period on all our products (see item listing for any specific manufacturers' warranties).
Return Policy:
- We cannot accept returns for any reason after 1 month from the date of sale.
- Buyer must pay return shipping charges UNDER ALL circumstances, even if the item is defective. We will promptly ship the replacement at NO charge.
- We do not provide any refunds at all. In extremely rare cases where we do decide to provide a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the refund will be in the form of store credit only. Please do not bid/buy if you do not agree to this term. We would rather not make a sale, than to have a dispute later on. Some items are sold AS IS in which case we will clearly state it in the item's description. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival), and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
