All returns must be approved by email and assigned a RMA# (return merchandise authorization) before being returned to us. Returns are accepted within the first 5 days of you receiving the product. We can only accept returns on items that have NOT been used or damaged during installation in any way. If the item was opened and determined that the product is defective we will help resolve the issue thru the manufacturer of the product.

We honor the Full Factory Warranty on every item we sell. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to us. If your item is is under warranty and defective, we will have it repaired or replaced for you. Grow Wurks covers the return shipping to you. Simply the best service before, during and after the sale.

In some cases shipping is free we do not refund the actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship the product to you on any return. We also have a twenty percent restock fee on all products returned to us. Ask as many questions as possible before you agree to buy because this applies to you!
