Meticulously cared for, this unit is absolutely blemish free. It looks almost as good as the day it was taken out of the box. Seriously, when in use it was on its own shelf in the rack. Nothing was ever put on top of it, there are no scratches, no marks at all. It functions 100% with no scratchy, staticky sound when rotating the knobs.
Check out the remote! It still has that thin plastic film on it. It\'ll look perfect if you decide to peel it off. I only used it to teach functions to the universal remote that I use regularly. I did test the remote for all functions and it works flawlessly. Nice backlight too.Ahh... now the \"not so good news\". The backlight in the main window is not lit. I would like to think it\'s a simple bulb or something but I don\'t know? I kinda like that it\'s not lit because I find bright displays distracting and as you can see the display is legible, just not lit up. Nearly every button has a tiny red LED in the center, the surround modes have a LED indicator, the sources are clearly labeled and each have the same LED. All those light up properly.
