Local Pickups

• Empire Liquidators is now located at 1791 Fillmore Ave., Buffalo, NY 14211.
• Local pickup hours areTue-Sat7:00-3:30.
• Forms of payment accepted are: PayPal, Credit Card. No Personal checks. No business checks.
• All single listings have a $5/item pickup fee. All pallet listings have a $15/pallet fee.
• Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees in the state of New York. A valid tax id is needed in order to have any taxes waived.
• All sale transactions not picked up from the warehousein the first 14 days are charged a 1 dollar per day fee,all storage fees are waived if the item is picked up in the first 30 daysafter sale ends. To clarify in the event that this statement does not make sense,day 1-30 owes no storage fees, day 31 immediately owes 17 days of storage or we keep the item and the listing and its payment becomes null and void. This is not done to keep anyone\'s things only to avoid the rash ofcustomers leaving things here longer than they are supposed to and then gettingangry afterwards.
