Please look over the bike carefully upon arrival and contact us with any problems so that we can help. We allow a 14 day return policy so please look over as soon as you recieve it to allow for the most time possible for us to help with solutions to any problems.

Item Condition:

2 out of 5. This bike is not complete and needs work for use. Has cosmetic wear so please read all the details! The frame and fork have a lot of chips and marks in the paint. Some have been touched up with paint but the look is rough. The function is still great. This has been converted from a drop bar to a flat bar setup. The components all have similar cosmetic wear. The bike will need a good tune up, and a good cleaning, as well as a saddle and pedals in order to be ridden. With some work put in this will build up to be a great bike. Parts included seem to all be in good working order except the rear tire which would need to be replaced. The teeth on cassette and crank have wear but are not damaged in a way that would affect function. Please see pictures for more Construction Monocoque

Item Condition Scale:

5: New/Mint Condition. Brand new, no signs of use. May or may not come with original packaging.

4: Like New/ Excellent condition. No wear but minor signs of use evident on close inspection. Item is in perfect working condition.

3: Very Good Condition. Item is starting to show signs of wear but is not damaged in any way. Minimal wear and well maintained.

2: Good condition. Obvious signs of use like rub marks, scratches, tears, etc., but item is in good working condition. Item is worn but still has plenty of life left. Some items with minor damage will qualify.

1: Fair condition. Item has scratches, rub marks, chips, dents, tears, etc. that show obvious signs of use. Items with more serious damage will generally be “fair.”

All in state residents within our state, Utah, will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of sale. If payment isn\'t received within 7 days, the sale will be revoked and a Non-Paying buyer alert will be filed.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday as well as USA Federal Holiday\'s)

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and we reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier.

**A note about free shipping**  We wish that we could offer free shipping but as we are a consignment store and do not own our inventory we are unable to do so.  We realize that other sellers can, but it\'s not possible with our business model.  Please know that we are trying to be as fair as possible with our shipping charges but USPS rate increases do happen every year!

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is possible on any items purchased within five days of the original purchase.  If you would like to combine shipping please contact us once you are finished shopping to let us know your intentions and request a combined invoice.   

Combined shipping charges will be $2 per additional item for domestic and $4 for international.

There is a 4lbs limit to combine shipping. Item\'s combined to be over 4lbs we CANNOT offer the above combined shipping charges. Those item\'s will be charged at checkout for the actual shipping costs according to dimensions and weight.

RETURNS

We hope that our item descriptions are complete and accurate enough that returns are not necessary but realize that sometimes it cannot be avoided.  Our Five Star customer service rating is very important to us and we stand by our products.

At this time there is no charge for returned items, even sizing issues with apparel.  Please pay close attention to the measurements in the item description of apparel and footwear items.   If this policy proves to be too costly for us we may have to charge a fee so please don\'t abuse. We can\'t refund the original shipping cost for sizing returns that were not a fault of ours.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you would like to return an item.  We will need the original packaging returned as well, and will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.  Please allow an additional 7 days to process returns.  Returns address:
