Ordering:
• Most orders are shipped within One to Two days of receipt of payment. If you wish to change an order it isbest to call our customer service department immediately. We are not responsible for orders being processed andshipped even though the changes were requested via email.
• Orders received over holidays may require additional shipping time.
• Most items we sell are in stock and ready for immediate shipment however because we are pulling stock from ourbrick and mortar store stock quantity changes before items quantities can be updated on .
• Some items may sell out very quickly and become unavailable for shipment before we can close our listings. Inthese cases you will be contacted and issued a FULL refund.
• In some cases manufacturer drop ships are required.

Shipping:
• DOMESTIC: We ship via US Postal Service and Fed Ex Ground. We reserve the right to select bestoption, lightweight items such as (markers, pencils, erasers) ship via USPS. Please provide address that works for both shippers.
• Verify your shipping address is valid in Pay Pal prior to ordering. We are not responsible for problems with ordersthat ship to the supplied Pay Pal address. Due to us using multiple carriers for our shipping it is best to alwaysprovide us with a physical mailing address. Fed Ex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your items ships. Be sure the provided email address is correct PRIOR to ordering.
• HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHIPPING POLICY: USPS Parcel Post or Fed Ex Ground is used within the lower 48 US States andCanada. Aerosol cans cannot be shipped by AIR. Flammable items cannot be shipped to APO\'s. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaiiand Puerto Rico will be delivered via Fed Ex Economy and incur additional charges.
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: To hold shipping cost down we will ship via United States Postal Service(USPS)1st Class International, there is not tracking information. Packages can be held in Customs for up to 6 weeks,we can not control this and we can not refund items stuck in customs, or lost by the post office. If you want to havetracking on an International Shipment please select Priority Mail International for your shipment.
