Ruthie is wearing her meet dress and meet accessories. Her purple floral dress has puffed sleeves, underneath she wears white cotton bloomers,her socks are white with lace trim and she has black slip-on shoes. Ruthie has pieced ears and ribbon headband. The meet accessories include a watch, purse, flowered hanky, and unopenedbarrettes. Ruthie and her entire collection has been retired since 2014.
Ruthie is in excellent used condition.
