Features ebony frog and button with mother of pearl inlay and silver fixings

Length 27.5\" (measured from tip to end)

This beautiful Violin Bow looks identical to a bow that has sold on and was signed by the frog, \"Dodd\". However, even though this bow looks identical to that one, I cannot find any signature stamp on the bow whatsoever so I am very puzzled. It is possible I suppose that the bow is so old that the signature wore off, but I really don\'t know. All I know is that it looks just like the bow that was stamped, \"Dodd.\"

The Bow is really beautiful and the strings look tight to me with the exception of one outside loose one. Also, the silver threads are a little bit out of place at the very end (see photos). I cannot see any wear really, but then I can only go by the cosmetic looks of the bow.
