Antique 19th Century Swiss Cylinder Music Box Lever Wind Rosewood Case

We are listing an antique Swiss music box from the late 19th century mounted in a Rosewood case with inlaid marquetry on the top. This beautiful music box has the original finish in extra nice condition. This is a lever wind barrel roll music box with no broken teeth. There are total of 65 teeth with no rust on any of them. There is very minor paint loss as the pictures show. The inside of the lid has the original music scores that list four tunes. All hardware on this beautiful music box is original. The tunes have a loud resonant beautiful sound. There are no chips cracks or breaks in the glass lid. The original leather lift strap is still in place. The original lock is also still in place but there is no key for it. On the underneath of the sounding board there is a listing of who bought this machine where and when. The barrel drum is 6 inches long. There are two operating levers on the inside right corner. The size of this beautiful music box is 13/34 x 7 x 5\". The music identification card on the lid list four tunes, Quaint sounding songs. All this being said you are buying this music box as is and shown. This music box will be packed securely and insured.
