Here is an antique counter top cigar cutter. Made of cast iron. Has two holes on the top for cutting. When the lever is pushed down, a blade cuts of the cigar tip. Has an advertising sign on the front that reads LADY GREY 5 CENT CIGAR. On the side is an area that looks to be for striking matches. On the bottom of the cutter it reads ERIE SPECIALTY CO. ERIE, PA. PAT MAY 19, 1891. The cutter has a worn gold finish. The sign has no paint, just a worn silver look. Measures 4 1/2" by 3" and is 3 1/2" high. Please see photos for further description.
